How it works
- Choose your food. On any dry food product page, select Subscribe instead of One-time purchase.
- Choose how often. Delivery every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks – whatever suits your pet.
- Relax. We charge your saved card and dispatch each delivery automatically. Skip, pause, change or cancel any time from your account – no lock-in.

Free treat packs
Every subscriber gets a free treat pack with their first subscription delivery, and again with every 5th subscription delivery. The size of the pack depends on the largest bag in that delivery:

Delivery
Subscription deliveries are charged the same freight as our normal orders. Canterbury deliveries of $169 or more ship free. Mighty Mix is click & collect only and isn't available on subscription.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Log in to your account to skip a delivery, change how often you receive it, swap products, pause or cancel – any time before your next delivery is processed.
When will I be charged?
Your first order is charged at checkout. Each later delivery is charged automatically on its scheduled date, and you'll get an email confirmation each time.
What's in a treat pack?
A selection of quality treats for your pet, chosen by our team to the value shown above. Contents vary depending on availability.
I subscribe to more than one product – do I get more treats?
Treat packs are counted per delivery. If several subscription products arrive together, that counts as one delivery and the treat pack is based on the largest bag.
Subscription terms
- Subscriptions are available on selected dry dog and cat foods. Prices and discounts are shown on each product page when you choose Subscribe.
- The sign-up treat pack is included with your first subscription delivery only. Further treat packs are included with every 5th subscription delivery.
- Treat packs have no cash value, can't be exchanged for other products, and contents may vary. We may substitute treats of equal or greater value.
- If a subscription is cancelled before its first delivery is dispatched, the sign-up treat pack is not included.
- Subscription prices are based on our current website prices and may change if supplier prices change. We'll let you know before any price change affects your subscription.
- We may change or end this offer at any time. Changes won't affect deliveries already processed.
