How do I choose the right dry cat food?

Start with your cat's life stage (kitten, adult or senior) and lifestyle, such as indoor or outdoor, then any special needs like hairballs, weight or a sensitive stomach. Our Food Finder will suggest suitable foods, or ask us for advice.

How do I switch my cat to a new food?

Change over gradually across 7 to 10 days, mixing a little more of the new food with a little less of the old each day. Cats can be fussy, so go more slowly if yours is reluctant.

Should my cat eat wet or dry food?

Both can be healthy, and many cats do well on a mix. Read Wet food vs dry food for cats for what to consider.

How much is delivery?

Canterbury orders of $169 or more ship free, otherwise $7. For the rest of New Zealand, shipping is worked out at checkout by weight. See Delivery Details for typical costs.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Collect from our showroom and pickup centre at 180 High Street, Oxford. Check our open hours before you come.
