Frozen pet food FAQs

Why can't frozen food be delivered?

We don't courier frozen goods, so they reach you properly frozen. Order online and choose click & collect, or buy in store. Check our open hours before you come.

How should I store and thaw frozen food?

Keep it frozen until you need it, then thaw in the fridge. Each product page has its own storage and feeding details; for example, Mighty Mix Dog Roll keeps for up to 14 days in the fridge once opened.

Is frozen food suitable for cats?

Many Maranui medallions suit cats as well as dogs. Ultimate Puppy Medallions are made for puppies. See cat food for options, or ask us.

Can I feed frozen food alongside dry food?

Yes. Some products are complete meals and others, like Mighty Mix Frozen Concentrate, are supplements designed to go with a base diet. Check the feeding guide on each product page.
